Tool steel is a category of high-performance steel specifically designed for manufacturing cutting tools, dies, molds, punches, and other tooling components that require exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and toughness under demanding operating conditions. We supply cold work tool steel (D2, D3, SKD11, Cr12MoV, O1, A2), hot work tool steel (H13, H11, SKD61), mold steel (P20, 718, NAK80, S136, 2738), and high speed steel (M2, M35, M42, T1, W18Cr4V) in plate, block, round bar, and flat bar forms. Materials are available in annealed, pre-hardened, or quenched and tempered conditions depending on the grade and application requirements. All products are supplied with complete chemical and mechanical test documentation.
High Speed Steel (HSS) is highly alloyed tungsten-molybdenum-chromium-vanadium tool steel retaining HRC 62–70 hardness and cutting ability at 500–600°C service temperature. M2 / M35 / M42 / T1 / W6Mo5Cr4V2 grades. Round bar 1–300mm, flat bar, ground flat stock. Ingot metallurgy (IM) and powder metallurgy (PM) available. Mill test certificate provided.

Mold steel (P20 / 718 / NAK80 / S136 / H13) is specialty alloy steel for plastic injection moulds, die casting dies, and blow moulds. Pre-hardened HRC 28–40 supplied ready for CNC machining.
