Mold steels are specifically developed for plastic injection molds, blow molds, compression molds, and die casting molds. We supply P20, 718 (P20+Ni), NAK80, S136, 2738, and 2316 grades. P20 and 718 are pre-hardened to HRC 30-36 for direct machining without further heat treatment. NAK80 offers excellent polishability for high-gloss optical molds. S136 is a corrosion resistant mold steel for PVC and corrosive plastic molding. Available in plate, block, and round bar forms with precise hardness and ultrasonic testing certification.
