Press hardening steel (PHS), also known as hot stamping steel, achieves ultra-high strength through a combined heating, forming, and die quenching process. We supply 22MnB5 and Usibor 1500 grades. After hot stamping, tensile strength exceeds 1500 MPa. Used for A-pillars, B-pillars, door rings, tunnel reinforcements, and other safety-critical structural components. Available with AlSi coating for oxidation protection during the hot stamping process.
