Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 plates are commercially pure nickel materials offering excellent resistance to caustic alkali environments, particularly sodium hydroxide (NaOH) at all concentrations and temperatures. Nickel 200 (UNS N02200) contains 99.0% minimum nickel, while Nickel 201 (UNS N02201) has lower carbon content for improved resistance to graphitization at elevated temperatures. Used in chemical processing, food processing, electronic components, and aerospace applications. Plates conform to ASTM B162 standard.
